Course Description
This 2 day workshop is designed to examine the critical components and activities for developing new programs for Rehab Therapy clinics and departments. An emphasis is placed on evaluating the needs and opportunities prior to program initiation. There is a mix of presentations, group interaction and learning exercises. All program materials are professionally developed and illustrated to allow maximal carryover for the participants when they return to work.
This workshop will benefit novice and experienced managers and staff and staff in any of the rehab disciplines.

Target Audience
This course is intended for managers and future managers of rehabilitation services in any practice setting. Clinical experience or managerial experience is preferred.

Enrollment is limited and places in the course are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure participation in the course, payment in full is required. Refunds for cancellation will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
